We are a friendly, 24-hour community gym located in the heart of Westbury. We pride ourselves on being inclusive, affordable, and appealing to all sections of the fitness community regardless of age, gender and experience.

The Gym Floor at The Gym Wesbury

The Gym.

Enjoy our friendly 24/7 gym space with a growing selection of exercise machines and free-weights. 

The site is staffed between the hours 6.00 pm - 7.00 pm and 2.00 pm - 9.00 pm. Members can let themselves in using the scanner and App at any other time. 

The STUDIO.

A private, well-equipped space where we hold our programme of classes and 1:1 personal training sessions. Members are welcome to train in this space and use the equipment when it is not in use. Click here for available hours.

 

The Studio is also available for hire. Please contact us for details.

Meet the Team.

You'll see a few regular faces working at The Gym, but Dan is the main man! One of us will be on-site to help you out between 02.00 – 09.00 pm every day.

Gym Manager

Dan is a Level 3 Personal Trainer who began his career as a gym instructor in 2012 before qualifying as a PT in 2014. In his role as Gym Manager, Dan enjoys supporting local residents in meeting their fitness goals and helping PTs develop their skills.

 

Dan’s vision for The Gym is to make it Westbury's ‘go-to’ local fitness centre, where everyone feels welcome and part of a fun and vibrant community.

Hannah

Personal Trainer

Hannah qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer after discovering first-hand the positive impact exercise can have on both physical and mental wellbeing. What started as a way to manage work-related stress quickly became a passion, leading her to develop qualifications in nutrition, weight-loss management, behaviour change coaching, circuit training and indoor cycling.

 

Hannah particularly enjoys helping clients build confidence, develop sustainable habits, and achieve goals they may never have thought possible. She is passionate about nutrition and behaviour change, combining expert guidance with supportive coaching to create enjoyable, challenging sessions that deliver lasting results both inside and outside the gym.

Personal Trainer

Dylan qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2022 and is currently studying for his Level 4 (with Sports Nutrition). He has trained personally for twelve years and has competed in the British Bodybuilding Championships.

 

Dylan enjoys helping people get through the anxiety stage of starting a new training programme and achieve transformation, whether that means growing, losing weight or making healthy lifestyle changes.

Reception | Business Growth Partner

Sue is a familiar face on the gym floor at The Gym Westbury, but also works behind the scenes on marketing, member experience and business operations.

A keen climber and runner, she understands that everyone's fitness journey looks different and believes exercise should be enjoyable, supportive and achievable.

Alongside her role at the gym, Sue runs her own marketing consultancy and brings a background in business growth and communication. She enjoys helping members feel welcome, supported and confident from day one.
